Lime Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. hot milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade
3 to 4 drops green food coloring
6 to 8 ice cubes
10-inch crumb cookie pastry shell
Preparation

Place gelatin and hot milk in processor or blender.
Process a few seconds.
Add eggs, sugar, salt and cream cheese.
Process until smooth.
Add limeade and food coloring.
