4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 hard-cooked eggs
2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
