Raisin - Apple Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. raisins
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 (8 oz.) jar applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
dash of salt
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Sprinkle raisins in bottom of pie shell.
Add layer of applesauce over the raisins.
In mixing bowl, combine spices, sugar and salt.
Add pumpkin, milk and beaten eggs.
Put mixture over applesauce in the pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 in lower level of oven 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with ice cream if desired.
