Ingredients

1 1/4 bags Oreos
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 small vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
Preparation

Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Take out 12 cookies.
Crumble the rest; melt butter.
Pour in pan.
Add crushed cookies and pat flat.
In a bowl, add pudding, cream cheese and milk.
Use mixer until thick.
Pour over crust; stick in refrigerator until cold. Then add Cool Whip on top and crumble the 12 cookies on top. Refrigerate several hours.
