Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 to 1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; mix oil with 3/4 cup warm water. Pour into dry ingredients.
    Mix until soft ball.
    Add more water if needed.
    Cover; allow to rest for 20 minutes.
    Divide dough into 12 to 13 small balls.
    Roll out each ball on floured surface. Cook on hot ungreased griddle about 1 1/2 minutes per side. Makes 12 to 13 tortillas.
