Chicken Pineapple Hawaiian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken thighs
    1 c. soy sauce
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    3 TBSP. corn starch
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 sm. piece of ginger or 1 tsp. crushed ginger
Preparation
    Mix together the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, corn starch; boil for 5 minutes.
    Add the pineapple and ginger.
    Place chicken in baking pan skin side up, pour boiled mixture over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 400\u00b0. Baste 2 to 3 times if it is convenient. The sauce is excellent over cooked rice.
