Chicken Celery Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, diced
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 (4 oz.) jar whole mushrooms, drained
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
    lettuce leaves
    1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients; stir gently.
    Cover and chill 2 hours.
    Serve salad on lettuce or in stuffed tomato and sprinkle with pecans.
    Yields 8 servings.
