Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. light Karo corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Spray inside of brown grocery bag with Pam.
    Pour popcorn in bag.
    In a 2-quart casserole, melt margarine.
    Add corn syrup, salt and brown sugar.
    Cook at High power; boil for 2 minutes.
    Add baking soda; stir until foamy.
    Pour mixture over popcorn in bag. Cook bag on High for 1 1/2 minutes; stir.
    Cook 1 1/2 minutes longer; stir.
    Cook another 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes.
    Spread over cookie sheet to cool.
    Store in ziploc plastic bag.
