Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 red pepper, cut fine
    1 green pepper, cut fine
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    1 onion, cut fine
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain juice from kraut.
    Pour cold water and drain again.
    Cut up all vegetables.
    Heat sugar, vinegar and oil.
    Pour all over and mix well.
    Refrigerate at least overnight.
    Will keep indefinitely.
