Parker House Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. (heaping) butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. yeast
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Scald milk in pan.
Add butter.
Cool.
Add sugar, salt, yeast and flour.
Mix well.
Set in warm place to rise.
Work down and let rise again.
Roll out and cut into 2-inch circles.
Let rise again.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
