Liver Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 small minced onion
    1 Tbsp. salad dressing
    juice from sauteed livers
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1 hard-boiled egg
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute chicken livers in about 2 tablespoons of margarine until tender (don't overcook).
    Season with enough garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste while cooking.
    Mash while still quite warm. Mash hard-boiled egg and add to mashed chicken livers.
    Moisten with juice from sauteed livers and add dash of Worcestershire sauce, minced onion and about 1 tablespoon of salad dressing for moistness.
    Refrigerate about 1/2 hour until ready to serve.
    Can also be frozen and kept for 2 days.
