Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 to 2 tsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    parsley
    oregano
    1 small can whole tomatoes
    2 cans water
    1 pkg. frozen leaf spinach
    1 pkg. frozen cheese tortellini
    1 can chicken broth
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil a few minutes, add garlic and cook slightly (do not brown).
    Add tomatoes, crushed to taste, and 2 cans water. Add seasonings, parsley, oregano and salt.
    Simmer 20 to 25 minutes, covered.
    Add frozen spinach; cook just until done.
