Ingredients

3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. lean meat, sliced thin
Preparation

Marinate 6 to 12 hours in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
Stir occasionally.
Dry in dehydrator or very low set oven (leave door open slightly).
