Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork loin
    1 large can sauerkraut with juice
    2 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar
    bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown roast on all sides; add sauerkraut with juice, brown sugar and bay leaf.
    Cover tightly and simmer 4 to 6 hours.
