Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. soft shortening
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 large egg
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour containing all dry ingredients. beat water, egg and vinegar together.
Add to flour mixture and stir until moist.
Chill 1/2 hour.
Also, may be frozen for a later time.
