Onion-Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    3/4 to 1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. bouillon
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.
    When onion is tender, add the uncooked rice.
    Brown over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add skillet mixture to bouillon in baking dish.
    Season to taste. Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
