Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream (room temperature)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 bag egg noodles
Preparation

Combine beef, onions and garlic; cook until meat is brown. Drain fat.
Stir in flour.
Add soup, mushrooms (drained), salt and pepper to taste; simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Heat through. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
