Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, divided
1 c. flour
30 graham crackers, rolled fine (2 c.)
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening; add milk and egg yolks.
Beat. Mix flour, graham crackers, baking powder and salt.
Add nuts. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frost with Creole Frosting or serve with whipped cream.
