Individual Cheesecakes(Use Miniature Muffin Pans.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 egg yolks (reserve whites)
3/4 c. sugar
1 box graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix these ingredients in mixer until light and fluffy.
Beat egg whites and fold into cheese mixture.
Butter your pans generously.
Put 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs in each muffin cup and shake until all sides are well coated.
Fill each one almost full of cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Take out of muffin pans as they cool for indentation.
