Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and saute in small amount butter
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and crushed
    garlic powder to taste (optional)
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in a casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs, paprika and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve with chips, crackers or Tostitos.
    Makes a lot.
