Holiday Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. pecan halves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix egg white and sugar with a fork and beat until fluffy. Stir in pecans and toss until coated.
    Place nuts on baking sheet lined with foil.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir twice while baking.
    Cool.
    Store covered.
