Mama J'S Cheeseball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained well
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 dashes garlic powder
    2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth with fork.
    Gradually stir in pineapple, onion and garlic.
    Shape into a ball and roll in crushed pecans.
    Serve with choice of crackers.
