Shrimp Kabobs With Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 lb. large shrimp
2 limes
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin, ground
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Peel and devein shrimp; set aside.
Cut one lime into 6 wedges.
Wrap and set wedges aside.
Finely shred 1/2 teaspoon peel from the other lime.
Cut that lime in half and juice to get 2 tablespoons lime juice.
