Layered Sombrero Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. avocado guacamole
    1 (16 oz.) jar Ortega mild or medium-style salsa
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped tomato
    sliced olives
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Blend refried beans and chiles; spread on a very large round serving plate leaving a 3-inch border.
    Layer guacamole, salsa and sour cream over bean mixture; top with cheese.
    Garnish with tomatoes, olives and scallions, if desired.
    Serve with tortilla chips arranged around outside edge of platter.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
