Shrimp Salad(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen precooked shrimp
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt and soy sauce.
Allow to blend overnight.
Add shrimp, peas, celery and onion.
Chill. Just before serving, add noodles and almonds.
