Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, cubed
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 eggs, beaten with 3 c. milk
fried bacon or sausage
Preparation

Mix all but meat together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan the night before serving.
In the morning, bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Put bacon or sausage on top for the last 1/2 hour.
Cut in squares to serve.
