Tangy Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 bay leaf or 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to a boil; stir occasionally.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Discard bay leaf.
Use to baste chicken, ribs or chops.
Also great to use as a chip dip.
