Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (may use frozen hash browns cooked slightly)
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    chopped chives or green onions
    salt
    pepper
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in their skins. Chill.
    Heat butter, sour cream and milk. Grate potatoes. Add cheese and chopped chives or green onions.
    Add salt, pepper and lemon pepper to taste.
    Mix together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
