Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into 10 servings
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, thinned with 1/2 can water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper round steak and brown on both sides.
    Place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Add onion, green pepper, mushroom soup and water.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 5 hungry meals.
