Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ground meat
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    garlic salt
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add chopped vegetables and let simmer a little. Salt and pepper.
    Add tomatoes, sauce, paste and water to meat mixture.
    Cook with lid on low and simmer until meat is almost tender, then add carrots.
    Simmer, then add potatoes.
    The remaining vegetables will not take long to cook (corn, peas, green beans, garlic salt and nutmeg).
