Hershey'S 5 Minute Recipe Deep Dark Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients, except boiling water.
    Beat at moderate speed 2 minutes.
    Remove from mixer; stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 or 8-inch loaf pans or a 13 x 9-inch or spring-form pan with center horn.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes for layers, 35 to 40 minutes for 13 x 9-inch pan, etc., until cake tester comes out clean when inserted in center of cake.
    Cool 10 minutes on rack.
    Remove from pans; cool completely. Top with favorite frosting.
