1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. creme de cacao
9 oz. white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
3 c. well chilled heavy cream
1/2 c. salted Macadamia nuts, toasted slightly
2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
