Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can carrots
1 can cream of celery soup
1 chopped onion (small)
1 can sliced potatoes
1 can (10) biscuits
Preparation

Mix ground beef, onions and 1/2 of sour cream.
Roll meat into small balls and cook until brown.
Drain off excess grease.
Next, stir in carrots, potatoes, cream of celery soup and remaining sour cream.
Let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Pour into a 9 x 11-inch baking dish and top with biscuits.
Place in oven at 300\u00b0 until biscuits are done.
