Popovers(Bread) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt for 1 1/2 minutes with electric mixer.
Add oil; beat 30 seconds more.
(Don't overbeat.)
Fill 6 to 8 well-greased muffin cups 1/2 full.
Bake in a very hot oven (475\u00b0) for 15 minutes; without opening oven, reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 minutes longer or until browned and firm. Prick with fork to allow steam to escape.
Great with butter or use as custard cups.
