Jalapeno Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. jalapeno peppers (ground with seeds)
1/2 c. bell peppers (ground with seeds)
1 1/2 c. Heinz cider vinegar (5%)
6 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

In a large Dutch oven, bring the ingredients to a rolling boil.
Turn off stove; let set for 4 minutes.
Then add 1 bottle of Certo and 2 drops of green food coloring.
Stir well.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Makes 7 (8 ounce) jars.
