Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. squash, cooked and mashed
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
