Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hard boiled eggs
10 heads of lettuce
3 c. (1/2 lb.) parsley
4 lb. tomatoes
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2 c. processed cheese, cubed
3 green peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil or 3 c. French dressing instead of vinegar and oil
Preparation

Peel and chop eggs.
Wash, drain and tear lettuce coarsely into bite-size pieces.
Coarsely chop parsley; cut tomatoes into wedges. Combine these with onion, cheese and green peppers.
Toss lightly; chill.
Just before serving combine salt, paprika, vinegar and oil. Drizzle over salad, tossing lightly.
Makes 50 servings, about 1 cup per person.
