Turtle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. oreo cookies, finely crushed (about 24 cookies)
1/4 c. Crisco shortening, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. caramel topping
