Springtime Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh pineapple
    1 qt. fresh strawberries
    1/2 c. fresh blueberries
    1/2 c. fresh raspberries
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices, drained
    2 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cream sherry
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Peel pineapple; cut into chunks.
    Combine with remaining fruit in large bowl.
    Combine orange juice, sugar, sherry and extracts in bowl.
    Mix until sugar dissolves.
    Pour over fruit; toss lightly.
    Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
    Makes 16 servings.
