Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 trimmed beef brisket
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    crushed garlic
    salt
    pepper
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Marinate overnight the brisket with liquid smoke, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook in covered container at 325\u00b0 until well done.
    Cover with barbecue sauce and heat for 30 minutes. Slice (thinly) against the grain of meat.
    (This can be cooked in advance.
    Place in freezer, then put barbecue sauce on and heat.)
