1 ripe mango (12 oz.), peeled, pitted and cubed
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. each: honey and fresh lime juice
1 tsp. coconut extract
2 c. ice cubes
1/2 c. low-fat milk
