Raita - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 c. cucumber, finely chopped
2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1/8 tsp. curry powder
dash of cayenne
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and serve chilled as a dip or vegetable side dish.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
