Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 tall can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin, softened in 2 Tbsp. cold water
2 bananas, mashed
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Mix jello and water together. Set aside. Mix frozen strawberries, crushed pineapple, gelatin and bananas together. Divide in half and add half to the jello mixture. Pour into 8 x 10 pan. Refrigerate jello mixture until firm. Remove from refrigerator and cover with sour cream. Pour the other half of the strawberry, pineapple, gelatin and banana mixture over the sour cream. Refrigerate overnight and serve. Great at Christmas.
