Marinated Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. ginger
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. rum
1 (1 to 2 lb.) boneless pork loin (approximately)
Preparation

Marinate 8 hours or overnight.
Best grilled for 20 minutes per pound or bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes per pound.
To serve, slice thinly.
