Hot Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 box Mexican Velveeta cheese (hot or mild)
    1 pkg. corn chips (any flavor)
Preparation
    Debone chicken and crumble corn chips.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Melt cheese and butter together and mix with ingredients.
    Pour in large casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
