Low-Fat Vanilla Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. fat-free plain yogurt
    1 c. fat-free, sugar-free vanilla yogurt
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
    Spoon into serving dishes.
    Chill.
    Garnish with cherries or mint leaves, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
