Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lime jello
1 c. cold water
1 small can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine jello and water and set aside.
Boil pineapple and sugar; add jello and water and set in refrigerator until it starts to jell.
Stir occasionally to keep pineapple from setting.
When set, add whipped cream and cheese.
Put in jello mold.
Serve.
