Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. melted shortening or oil

Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Put in greased oblong pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1/2 hour.
Add butter after taking out of oven.
