Quiche Cajun(With Crab And Crawfish Or Shrimp) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-inch cooked pie shell
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. crabmeat, drained
    1/2 lb. peeled crawfish or shrimp, cooked
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom of pie shell.
    Top with crabmeat and crawfish or shrimp, then green onions.
    Mix beaten eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
    Pour over mixture in pie shell.
