Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine first ingredients in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
Combine sugar and oil in a medium mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer 2 minutes or until well blended. Add eggs; beat until light and lemon colored.
With mixer running at low speed, add flour mixture alternately with bananas, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Blend well after each addition.
Pour batter into a 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick, inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes in pan. Remove and let cool completely on wire rack.
